Ticketing and Travel Questions and Answers

  • Yes, you will pay sales tax and a small booking fee. Gratuity is not included in the service price. We kindly encourage you to tip your driver in accordance with the quality of service provided.

  • One child less than 2 years old may travel as a lap child, meaning not occupying a seat, and may travel at no additional charge. Infants occupying a seat pay the applicable adult fare and must have a ticket. Please note, some of our older motorcoaches are not equipped with seat belts if you are planning on using your own car or booster seat.

  • Yes, we recommend that you bring your receipt as confirmation.

  • Yes, our coaches are equipped with wheelchair lifts. You MUST let us know at least 48 hours before travel that a passenger requiring an ADA coach is in your group. You can reach us by calling 206-763-5817 ext. 2

  • No. We do not have a waitlist.

  • Details of the pickup location are located on your ticket, or you can find trip information by clicking on the event.

  • To reschedule your ticket, email support@wanderlie.com

  • To cancel your ticket(s), email your ticket number(s) along with a cancellation request to support@wanderlie.com. As stated in our terms and conditions, tickets are refundable with 48 hours’ notice.

  • Yes, the service animal must be able to lay at the passenger’s feet. If the animal is too large and requires more floor space, a second seat must be purchased to allow more foot space. Animals may not sit on seats at any time or obstruct the isle. The animal must be well-behaved and under the control of the owner/handler at all times such as on a leash or in a carrier. We reserve the right to refuse travel to any animal which poses a direct threat to other passengers or our employees. Please keep in mind that these are straight through trips so the animal must be able to travel long distance/times without relieving itself or able to do so in a sanitary manner in the onboard restroom.
